Beautiful dress!

Absolutely stunning dress and turnaround time was very fast.

Regret

I regret my purchase. I ordered a swatch of the dress to ensure the material quality and because I was a little worried about making the purchase from a unknown web site. I placed the order and the dress arrived in a completely different color. The bottom of the dress was poorly made with the stitching so visible. The embellishments on the top of the dress was held together with literal safety pins. I sent two emails with pictures attached as required by the return and refund policy within the required timeframe and they all went unanswered. I was going to ship the dress back to the address provided and learned it would costs more in shipping than the $150.00 (the worth of the dress) so now I am stuck with a dress that is not even worth anything and can not even be worn for Halloween. It was intended to be worn for my son's destination wedding. I am now looking for another dress and out the money. Poor customer service. I am not sure why they send the survey when they do not reply to email requests and pictures sent requesting refunds.

Good service but expected more with the dress

I loved the customer service, they are super attentive to the measurements and the dress arrives much faster than I imagined. The problem is that the diamonds of the dress in the photo does not compare at all to what it arrived, it really is a piece of tulle fabric with few diamonds glued. In that part I was a little disappointed because in the photo they present on the page the dress appears very shiny with a super cute fabric, but in reality it is not like that, it has much less brightness than I imagined. Despite that, the fabric itself is of very good quality and it fits me perfectly, the top is not as rigid as I thought and it is a little loose, but I plan to take it to fix it so that they make some simple sleeves and make it.

Dream dress

I love the way my dress turned out. Buyer note: when the company asks you for your measurements, take it seriously. I had to get some minor adjustments for fit. I wish I had measured better. All in all, a beautiful dress and I'm excited to wear it.
